You create a global postback once in your MediaScalers account, and every conversion starts coming back to AdsX. It takes 4 steps:
In the AdsX dashboard, open Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms and click Copy postback on the MediaScalers card.
In the MediaScalers dashboard, click Postbacks in the side menu. On the Conversões (Conversions) tab, click + Postback.
Under Estado (Status), choose Ativo (Active); under Tipo de postback (Postback type), Conversão (Conversion); under Nível de postback (Postback level), Global; under Método de entrega (Delivery method), Postback. Paste the copied link into URL do postback (Postback URL) and click Adicionar (Add).
Go back to AdsX and click Activate on the card. From then on, MediaScalers is available when you create a presell.
Sales data
In AdsX, under Advanced Tracking → My Sales: every conversion that arrives by postback shows up there, and the View sale details button opens every parameter MediaScalers sent (sub1 to sub5, offer, conversion ID, payout and currency), the Google click ID and the presell the visitor came from.
With AdsPixel active, the same window also shows the click behind the sale: IP and region, date and time, traffic origin and UTMs. The raw content is in the JSON Payload tab.
The MediaScalers help center does not describe a postback delivery history. To confirm a sale arrived, check My Sales in AdsX.

Data received in the postback
Copy the MediaScalers postback URL from the AdsX dashboard and paste it once. No script, no developer.
The AdsX presell adds the Google click ID to your affiliate link. When MediaScalers confirms the sale, the postback brings that ID back.
Each confirmed sale becomes a conversion in your account, so Google learns who buys and bids on them.
Running on Meta or NewsBreak? The same sale goes to your pixel, and the campaign optimizes on real purchases.
Open any sale and see every parameter MediaScalers sent, the click that started it and the presell it came from.
With AdsNotify, every sale shows up on your phone the moment the postback arrives.
MediaScalers is an affiliate network with pay-per-conversion (CPA) offers. Affiliates join an offer, generate the tracking link and send traffic to the advertiser's page.
On every conversion, MediaScalers records the affiliate's payout, in the offer currency. That is the value sent in the postback and recorded by AdsX as your sale.
To know which ad produced the conversion, MediaScalers accepts the sub1 to sub5 fields on the link and sends them back in the postback. That is how AdsX ties the sale to the click.

Someone clicks your ad and lands on the AdsX presell, which stores the click ID and passes it into the affiliate link.
The buyer completes the order on the offer page and MediaScalers approves the conversion.
MediaScalers calls the AdsX postback URL with the sub parameters, the offer, the amount and the currency.
AdsX sends the sale to Google Ads, Meta or NewsBreak, tied to the original click.
The AdsX postback URL already includes the MediaScalers macros. You don't edit anything; the table shows what each one carries.
| AdsX parameter | Macro | What AdsX does with it |
|---|---|---|
| sub2 | {sub2} | GCLID, the Google click ID. This is what becomes a conversion in Google Ads. |
| sub1 | {sub1} | AdsPixel click ID, when active. If sub2 arrives without a GCLID, AdsX also looks for the GCLID here. |
| sub3 to sub5 | {sub3} {sub4} {sub5} | Kept in the sale log. |
| product | {offer_name} | MediaScalers offer that produced the conversion. |
| orderid | {order_id} | MediaScalers conversion ID, used as the sale ID. |
| amount | {payout_amount} | Your payout (commission) on the conversion. |
| cy | {offer_currency} | Offer currency. |
The same postback feeds every ad platform you run, without a second setup.
In Postbacks → Conversões (Conversions) tab, click + Postback, set Estado to Ativo, type Conversão, level Global and method Postback, paste the URL copied from the MediaScalers card in AdsX and click Adicionar (Add). The full step by step is at the top of this page.
Because the Global level applies to every offer in your account. You set it up once and conversions from any MediaScalers offer reach AdsX.
sub2. The AdsX presell places the GCLID in the sub2 of your link automatically, and MediaScalers sends it back in the postback. If sub2 arrives without a GCLID, AdsX also looks in sub1, which usually carries the AdsPixel click ID.
The MediaScalers help center does not describe a delivery history. In AdsX, every sale received opens in View sale details, with all postback parameters and, with AdsPixel active, the data of the originating click.
Check that the postback has Estado set to Ativo (Active), that the URL do postback (Postback URL) matches the one copied from the AdsX dashboard with no trailing space, and that the presell uses a MediaScalers offer. If it still doesn't show up, talk to support through the dashboard chat.
No. You copy the postback URL from the MediaScalers card in the AdsX dashboard, paste it into MediaScalers and click activate. The presell already places the click ID in the right sub parameter.
