You set up the postback once in each BuyGoods account, and every sale starts coming back to AdsX. It takes 5 steps:
In the AdsX dashboard, open Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms and click Copy postback on the BuyGoods card.
In the BuyGoods dashboard, click your account name at the top, then Postback Pixels.
On the Postback pixels tab, click Add new.
Paste the link copied from AdsX into the URL field, set Status to Active, choose Purchase under Event and click Save.
Go back to AdsX and click Activate on the card. From then on, BuyGoods is available when you create a presell.
Sales data
In AdsX, under Advanced Tracking → My Sales: every sale that arrives by postback shows up there, and the View sale details button opens every parameter BuyGoods sent (subid to subid5, order ID, product code and commission), the Google click ID and the presell the visitor came from.
With AdsPixel active, the same window also shows the click behind the sale: IP and region, date and time, traffic origin and UTMs. The raw content is in the JSON Payload tab.
The BuyGoods help center does not describe a history of postback deliveries. It only says that when the postback address returns no response, BuyGoods treats the call as failed and keeps retrying for up to three days. To check each sale received, use My Sales in AdsX.

Data received in the postback
Copy the BuyGoods postback URL from the AdsX dashboard and paste it once. No script, no developer.
The AdsX presell adds the Google click ID to your affiliate link. When BuyGoods confirms the sale, the postback brings that ID back.
Each confirmed sale becomes a conversion in your account, so Google learns who buys and bids on them.
Running on Meta or NewsBreak? The same sale goes to your pixel, and the campaign optimizes on real purchases.
Open any sale and see every parameter BuyGoods sent, the click that started it and the presell it came from.
With AdsNotify, every sale shows up on your phone the moment the postback arrives.
BuyGoods is a marketplace for health and wellness offers: it connects vendors and affiliates and processes the payment in its own checkout. Affiliate applications are reviewed manually: BuyGoods asks for proof of past performance or a referral.
Once approved, affiliates pick an offer, copy the affiliate link (the affiliate ID is different for each offer) and send traffic to the sales page. The commission is credited on every order, and payouts go out every Wednesday, or more often each week depending on revenue.
To know which ad produced the sale, BuyGoods accepts the subid to subid5 fields on the link and sends them back in the postback. That is how AdsX ties the sale to the click.

Someone clicks your ad and lands on the AdsX presell, which stores the click ID and passes it into the affiliate link.
The buyer completes the order on the offer page and BuyGoods approves the conversion.
BuyGoods calls the AdsX postback URL with the sub parameters, the offer, the amount and the currency.
AdsX sends the sale to Google Ads, Meta or NewsBreak, tied to the original click.
The AdsX postback URL already includes the BuyGoods macros. You don't edit anything; the table shows what each one carries.
| AdsX parameter | Macro | What AdsX does with it |
|---|---|---|
| subid | {SUBID} | AdsPixel click ID, when active. Ties the sale to the presell visit. |
| subid2 | {SUBID2} | GCLID, the Google click ID. This is what becomes a conversion in Google Ads. |
| subid3 to subid5 | {SUBID3} … {SUBID5} | Kept in the sale log. |
| orderid | {ORDERID} | BuyGoods order ID, used as the sale ID. |
| product | {PRODUCT_CODENAME} | Code of the BuyGoods product that produced the sale. |
| amount | {COMMISSION_AMOUNT} | Your commission on the sale. |
| cy | {CURRENCY} | Commission currency. When it is not filled in, AdsX records the sale in US dollars (USD). |
The same postback feeds every ad platform you run, without a second setup.
In the BuyGoods dashboard, click your account name → Postback Pixels → Add new, paste the URL copied from the BuyGoods card in AdsX, set Status to Active, choose the Purchase event and save. The full step by step is at the top of this page.
subid2. The AdsX presell places the GCLID in the subid2 of your link automatically, and the AdsX postback reads subid2 to tie the sale to the Google click. subid is reserved for the AdsPixel click ID.
The time the postback arrives. The BuyGoods macro list has no order date, so AdsX records the sale at the moment it receives the notification.
The BuyGoods help center does not describe a delivery history. It says that when the address returns no response, BuyGoods keeps retrying for up to three days. In AdsX, every sale received opens in View sale details, with all parameters and, with AdsPixel active, the data of the originating click.
AdsX uses the currency that arrives in the postback. The BuyGoods macro list does not include the currency; when it is not filled in, AdsX records the sale in US dollars (USD).
Check that the postback has Status on Active and Event on Purchase, that the link in URL matches the one copied from the AdsX dashboard, complete and with no trailing space, and that the presell uses a BuyGoods product. If it still doesn't show up, talk to support through the dashboard chat.
No. You copy the postback URL from the BuyGoods card in the AdsX dashboard, paste it into BuyGoods and click activate. The presell already places the click ID in the right sub parameter.
