Terms of Service – AdsX

1. Who we are

AdsX is operated by JV Digital Business LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These Terms govern subscriptions purchased in US dollars through our website. If you purchased AdsX in Brazilian reais through one of our Brazilian resellers, different terms apply.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdsX you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

3. The service

AdsX is web-based software for Google Ads affiliates. It includes AI-assisted presell page creation, hosting with SSL, custom domains, Google Ads campaign creation and conversion tracking across affiliate platforms. Access is granted through login; there is no downloadable product.

AdsX uses data obtained through the Google Ads API solely to provide platform features, campaign management, internal reporting and ad automation. We do not sell that data, share it externally, or use it for our own advertising outside the platform.

AdsX runs on desktop and tablet browsers. Smartphones are not supported.

4. Free trial

We offer a free 7-day trial so you can evaluate AdsX before paying. No credit card is required to start it. The trial gives access to a limited set of features and usage allowances, which may differ from any paid plan.

When the 7 days end, access to your account stops until you subscribe to a paid plan. We may limit trials to one per person, and may decline or end a trial we reasonably believe is being used abusively — including creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated trials.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you publish through AdsX and for complying with the advertising policies of the platforms you use, including Google Ads. AdsX was built to help advertisers create and manage campaigns in compliance with those policies, and does not support or allow any mechanism to bypass ad review systems.

You may not use AdsX to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, or that puts the reputation of our shared infrastructure at risk. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. Payments, taxes and refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments made on our website are processed by Stripe.

Taxes. All fees are exclusive of taxes. Prices shown on our website do not include value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), sales tax or any similar tax. Where we are required to collect such taxes, they are calculated based on your billing location, added at checkout and shown as a separate line on your invoice.

Refunds. Because we offer a free 7-day trial so you can evaluate the platform before paying, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees and we do not pro-rate partial periods.

Purchases through JVZoo. If you bought AdsX through JVZoo, JVZoo is the retailer and processes your payment. These purchases carry a 7-day refund period, requested through JVZoo, instead of the free trial described in section 4.

8. Customers in the EU and the UK — immediate access and waiver of withdrawal

By subscribing you expressly request that we begin providing the service immediately, and you acknowledge that once access is granted you lose your right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU and, for customers in the United Kingdom, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

9. Intellectual property

AdsX, its software, brand and materials are our property or licensed to us. Content you create using AdsX remains yours; you grant us only the rights needed to host and deliver it as part of the service.

10. Limitation of liability

AdsX is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any particular business result, level of sales, advertising approval or account standing on third-party platforms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to the service and to these Terms

We may modify the service and these Terms. When a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice by email or inside the platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use AdsX after that constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and will refund nothing in cases of abuse or of activity that puts our infrastructure or our standing with third-party platforms at risk.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes protections that consumer law in your country grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
