You set up the postback once in your MaxWeb affiliate account, and every sale starts coming back to AdsX. It takes 5 steps:
In the AdsX dashboard, open Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms and click Copy postback on the MaxWeb card.
Log in to your MaxWeb affiliate account and, in the side menu, click Postback Pixels.
Click Add New.
Under Offer, choose All. Under URL, paste the link copied from AdsX. Leave Status on Active, choose the Purchase event and click Save changes.
Go back to AdsX and click Activate on the card. From then on, MaxWeb is available when you create a presell.
Sales data
In AdsX, under Advanced Tracking → My Sales: every sale that arrives by postback shows up there, and the View sale details button opens every parameter MaxWeb sent (subid2 with the GCLID, the other subids, product, order ID, commission and currency), the Google click ID and the presell the visitor came from.
With AdsPixel active, the same window also shows the click behind the sale: IP and region, date and time, traffic origin and UTMs. The raw content is in the JSON Payload tab.
MaxWeb's official FAQ does not describe a history of postback deliveries. It shows the Test button, to fire a test before saving, and says that when the address does not respond, MaxWeb treats the delivery as failed and keeps retrying for up to three days. To check real sales, use My Sales in AdsX.

Data received in the postback
Copy the MaxWeb postback URL from the AdsX dashboard and paste it once. No script, no developer.
The AdsX presell adds the Google click ID to your affiliate link. When MaxWeb confirms the sale, the postback brings that ID back.
Each confirmed sale becomes a conversion in your account, so Google learns who buys and bids on them.
Running on Meta or NewsBreak? The same sale goes to your pixel, and the campaign optimizes on real purchases.
Open any sale and see every parameter MaxWeb sent, the click that started it and the presell it came from.
With AdsNotify, every sale shows up on your phone the moment the postback arrives.
MaxWeb (MaxWeb Inc) is a US CPA affiliate network with owned and exclusive offers, led by health supplements sold through VSLs. Affiliates pick an offer on the Campaigns page, click Promote (or request approval with Apply to promote) and get an affiliate link that carries their ID for that offer.
For every order placed through the link, MaxWeb credits the commission to the affiliate's account and pays once a week, on Wednesdays. The first payment is held for 30 days from the first sale and requires 5 sales per campaign.
To know which ad produced the sale, MaxWeb accepts the SUBID to SUBID5 fields on the link and sends them back in the postback. That is how AdsX ties the sale to the click.
Someone clicks your ad and lands on the AdsX presell, which stores the click ID and passes it into the affiliate link.
The buyer completes the order on the offer page and MaxWeb approves the conversion.
MaxWeb calls the AdsX postback URL with the sub parameters, the offer, the amount and the currency.
AdsX sends the sale to Google Ads, Meta or NewsBreak, tied to the original click.
The AdsX postback URL already includes the MaxWeb macros. You don't edit anything; the table shows what each one carries.
| AdsX parameter | Macro | What AdsX does with it |
|---|---|---|
| subid2 | {SUBID2} | GCLID, the Google click ID. This is what becomes a conversion in Google Ads. |
| subid | {SUBID} | AdsPixel click ID, when active. Ties the sale to the presell visit. |
| subid3 to subid5 | {SUBID3} … {SUBID5} | Kept in the sale log. |
| orderid | {ORDERID} | Unique MaxWeb order ID, used as the sale ID. |
| product | {PRODUCT_CODENAME} | Code of the MaxWeb product that produced the sale. |
| amount | {COMMISSION_AMOUNT} | Your commission on the sale. |
| cy | {CURRENCY} | Commission currency. If it arrives empty, AdsX records the sale in US dollars (USD). |
The same postback feeds every ad platform you run, without a second setup.
In Postback Pixels, click Add New, choose All under Offer, paste the URL copied from the MaxWeb card in AdsX, leave Status on Active, choose the Purchase event and save. The full step by step is at the top of this page.
SUBID2. The AdsX presell places the GCLID in the SUBID2 of your link automatically, and the AdsX postback reads subid2 to tie the sale to the Google click. SUBID is reserved for the AdsPixel click ID.
Purchase. It is the purchase event, and it is what becomes a conversion. Checkout Visit fires when someone reaches the checkout without buying; AdsX does not tell the two apart and would count that visit as a sale.
MaxWeb's official FAQ does not describe a delivery history. It shows the Test button, to test the postback before saving, and says MaxWeb keeps retrying for up to three days when the address does not respond. In AdsX, every sale received opens in View sale details, with all postback parameters and, with AdsPixel active, the data of the originating click.
Once a week, on Wednesdays; higher-volume affiliates get paid up to three times a week. The first payment is held for 30 days from the first sale and requires 5 sales per campaign. The sale shows up in AdsX as soon as the postback arrives, without waiting for the payment.
Not through this postback. MaxWeb fires the postback on the Purchase and Checkout Visit events; refunds are not among them.
Check that the postback has Status on Active and the Purchase event, that the URL matches the one copied from the AdsX dashboard, complete and with no trailing space, and that the presell uses a MaxWeb product. If it still doesn't show up, talk to support through the dashboard chat.
No. You copy the postback URL from the MaxWeb card in the AdsX dashboard, paste it into MaxWeb and click activate. The presell already places the click ID in the right sub parameter.
