You create the global postback once in your Sweeply account, and every approved conversion starts coming back to AdsX. The presell sends the click data on its own: no need to add a sub ID to the offer link. It takes 3 steps:
In the AdsX dashboard, open Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms and click Copy postback on the Sweeply card.
In Sweeply, click Tools in the side menu, open Global Postbacks and click Add Global Postback. Under Triggered for, choose Approved; under Goal Type, All; under Method, Postback (Recommended); paste the link into Postback and click Save.
Go back to AdsX and click Activate on the card. From then on, Sweeply is available when you create a presell.
Sales data
In AdsX, under Advanced Tracking → My Sales: every conversion that arrives by postback shows up there, and the View sale details button opens every parameter Sweeply sent (sub_id1 to sub_id4, offer, transaction, payout, currency and status), the Google click ID and the presell the visitor came from.
With AdsPixel active, the same window also shows the click behind the sale: IP and region, date and time, traffic origin and UTMs. The raw content is in the JSON Payload tab.
The Sweeply help center does not describe a postback delivery history. To confirm a sale arrived, check My Sales in AdsX.

Data received in the postback
Copy the Sweeply postback URL from the AdsX dashboard and paste it once. No script, no developer.
The AdsX presell adds the Google click ID to your affiliate link. When Sweeply confirms the sale, the postback brings that ID back.
Each confirmed sale becomes a conversion in your account, so Google learns who buys and bids on them.
Running on Meta or NewsBreak? The same sale goes to your pixel, and the campaign optimizes on real purchases.
Open any sale and see every parameter Sweeply sent, the click that started it and the presell it came from.
With AdsNotify, every sale shows up on your phone the moment the postback arrives.
Sweeply is a CPA network with straight-sale nutra offers. Affiliates pick an offer and send traffic to the product page through the AdsX presell.
A conversion counts when it is approved. With Triggered for set to Approved, Sweeply calls the postback at that point, with the affiliate's payout, which AdsX records as your sale.
To know which ad produced the conversion, Sweeply accepts the sub_id1 to sub_id4 fields on the link and sends them back in the postback. That is how AdsX ties the sale to the click.
Someone clicks your ad and lands on the AdsX presell, which stores the click ID and passes it into the affiliate link.
The buyer completes the order on the offer page and Sweeply approves the conversion.
Sweeply calls the AdsX postback URL with the sub parameters, the offer, the amount and the currency.
AdsX sends the sale to Google Ads, Meta or NewsBreak, tied to the original click.
The AdsX postback URL already includes the Sweeply macros. You don't edit anything; the table shows what each one carries.
| AdsX parameter | Macro | What AdsX does with it |
|---|---|---|
| sub_id2 | {sub_id2} | GCLID, the Google click ID. This is what becomes a conversion in Google Ads. |
| sub_id1 | {sub_id1} | AdsPixel click ID, when active. Ties the sale to the presell visit. |
| sub_id3 and sub_id4 | {sub_id3} {sub_id4} | Kept in the sale log. |
| product | {offer_name} | Sweeply offer that produced the conversion. |
| orderid | {transaction_id} | Transaction ID, used as the sale ID. |
| amount | {payout} | Your payout on the conversion. |
| cy | {offer_currency} | Offer currency. |
| status | {conv_status} | Conversion status. Kept in the sale log. |
| subid | {aff_click_id} | Affiliate click ID on Sweeply. Kept in the sale log. |
The same postback feeds every ad platform you run, without a second setup.
In Tools → Global Postbacks, click Add Global Postback, choose Approved under Triggered for, All under Goal Type and Postback (Recommended) under Method, paste the URL copied from the Sweeply card in AdsX and click Save. The full step by step is at the top of this page.
No. The AdsX presell sends the click data to Sweeply on its own. Just use the presell with the Sweeply offer.
sub_id2. The AdsX presell places the GCLID in the sub_id2 of your link automatically, and Sweeply sends it back in the postback, which AdsX reads to tie the sale to the Google click. sub_id1 is reserved for the AdsPixel click ID.
The Sweeply help center does not describe a delivery history. In AdsX, every sale received opens in View sale details, with all postback parameters and, with AdsPixel active, the data of the originating click.
Check that the postback shows up under Global Postbacks with Triggered for set to Approved and Method set to Postback (Recommended), that the link matches the one copied from the AdsX dashboard with no trailing space, and that the presell uses a Sweeply offer. If it still doesn't show up, talk to support through the dashboard chat.
No. You copy the postback URL from the Sweeply card in the AdsX dashboard, paste it into Sweeply and click activate. The presell already places the click ID in the right sub parameter.
Yes. AdsX receives sales from 31 affiliate platforms, including CPA networks, international marketplaces and Brazilian platforms. The full list is on the integrations page.
