    Sales data

Where do I see the data of each Dr.Cash sale?

In AdsX, under Advanced Tracking → My Sales: every sale that arrives by postback shows up there, and the View sale details button opens every parameter Dr.Cash sent (sub1 to sub5, offer, conversion ID, amount and currency), the Google click ID and the presell the visitor came from.

With AdsPixel active, the same window also shows the click behind the sale: IP and region, date and time, traffic origin and UTMs. The raw content is in the JSON Payload tab.

The Dr.Cash dashboard does not show a history of each postback it sent, with the URL called and the response received. So confirming that the sale arrived happens on the side that receives the postback.

    What AdsX does with Dr.Cash

    Ready-made postback

Copy the Dr.Cash postback URL from the AdsX dashboard and paste it once. No script, no developer.

    Click ID on every sale

The AdsX presell adds the Google click ID to your affiliate link. When Dr.Cash confirms the sale, the postback brings that ID back.

    Sales in Google Ads

Each confirmed sale becomes a conversion in your account, so Google learns who buys and bids on them.

    Sales in Meta and NewsBreak

Running on Meta or NewsBreak? The same sale goes to your pixel, and the campaign optimizes on real purchases.

    Full log of every sale

Open any sale and see every parameter Dr.Cash sent, the click that started it and the presell it came from.

    Sale alert on your phone

With AdsNotify, every sale shows up on your phone the moment the postback arrives.

What is Dr.Cash and how does it work

Dr.Cash is a CPA (cost per action) network with health and beauty offers, known as nutra offers, in many countries. Affiliates pick an offer, generate the campaign link in the affiliate dashboard (affiliate.dr.cash) and send traffic to the product page.

Many offers are COD (cash on delivery): the buyer leaves a name and phone number, the network's call center confirms the order, and the customer pays when the product arrives. The affiliate's commission counts once Dr.Cash approves that conversion.

To know which ad produced each sale, Dr.Cash uses the sub1 to sub5 fields: you fill them in the link and Dr.Cash sends them back in the postback. That is how AdsX ties the sale to the click.

    How Dr.Cash tracking works

    1. 1Click

      The presell keeps the click

Someone clicks your ad and lands on the AdsX presell, which stores the click ID and passes it into the affiliate link.

    2. 2Sale

      Dr.Cash confirms the sale

The buyer completes the order on the offer page and Dr.Cash approves the conversion.

    3. 3Postback

      AdsX receives the postback

Dr.Cash calls the AdsX postback URL with the sub parameters, the offer, the amount and the currency.

    4. 4Learning

      Your ad platform learns

AdsX sends the sale to Google Ads, Meta or NewsBreak, tied to the original click.

    Dr.Cash postback parameters

    COD form presell for Dr.Cash

For cash-on-delivery offers, AdsX builds a presell with an order form that sends the lead straight to Dr.Cash. All you need is the API token and the campaign stream code. The lead arrives with the subs from the URL, and the approved sale comes back through the same postback.

    Dr.Cash integration FAQ

How do I set up the Dr.Cash postback?

In Settings → Global postback, check Conversion confirmation, paste the URL copied from the Dr.Cash card in AdsX and click Save changes. The full step by step is at the top of this page.

Which Dr.Cash sub should receive the GCLID?

sub2. The AdsX presell places the GCLID in the sub2 of your affiliate link automatically, and the AdsX postback reads sub2 to tie the sale to the Google click. sub1 is reserved for the AdsPixel click ID.

Does AdsX record Dr.Cash leads on hold or rejected?

No. With Conversion confirmation checked, Dr.Cash only calls the postback when it approves the conversion. A lead on hold or rejected does not become a sale in AdsX or a conversion in Google Ads.

Does Dr.Cash have a postback log?

No. The Dr.Cash dashboard does not show the sending history. In AdsX, every sale received opens in View sale details, with all postback parameters and, with AdsPixel active, the data of the originating click.

Can I import past Dr.Cash sales?

No. Dr.Cash only calls the postback for conversions approved after the setup. Earlier sales stay in the Dr.Cash report.

A Dr.Cash sale did not show up in AdsX. What should I check?

Check that Conversion confirmation is checked, that the URL in Dr.Cash matches the one copied from the dashboard with no trailing space, and that the presell uses a Dr.Cash product. If it still doesn't show up, talk to support through the dashboard chat.

Do I need a developer to connect Dr.Cash to AdsX?

No. You copy the postback URL from the Dr.Cash card in the AdsX dashboard, paste it into Dr.Cash and click activate. The presell already places the click ID in the right sub parameter.

Does AdsX work with other networks besides Dr.Cash?

Yes. AdsX receives sales from 31 affiliate platforms, including CPA networks, international marketplaces and Brazilian platforms. The full list is on the integrations page.
