You set up the postback once in your Monetizze account, for every product you promote as an affiliate, and every approved sale starts coming back to AdsX. It takes 4 steps (Monetizze labels are in Portuguese):
In the AdsX dashboard, open Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms and click Copy postback on the Monetizze card.
In the Monetizze dashboard, open Ferramentas → Postback (Tools → Postback) in the side menu.
Under Produto (Product), choose Todos os produtos (all products); under Vendas (Sales), Somente vendas que sou afiliado (only sales as an affiliate); under Tipo (Type), Webhook (server to server); under Formato (Format), JSON. Paste the copied link into URL, check the Finalizada / Aprovada (completed / approved) event; Abandono de Checkout (checkout abandonment) is optional. Then click Salvar (Save).
Go back to AdsX and click Activate on the card. From then on, Monetizze is available when you create a presell.
Sales data
In AdsX, under Advanced Tracking → My Sales: every sale that arrives by postback shows up there, and the View sale details button shows the Google click ID, the presell the visitor came from and, in the JSON Payload tab, the full content Monetizze sent (sale, product, amount, date and the link subs).
With AdsPixel active, the same window also shows the click behind the sale: IP and region, date and time, traffic origin and UTMs.
The Monetizze help center describes how to set up the postback, but does not describe a delivery history in the affiliate dashboard. To confirm a sale arrived, check My Sales in AdsX.

The AdsX presell adds the Google click ID to your affiliate link. When Monetizze confirms the sale, the postback brings that ID back.
Each confirmed sale becomes a conversion in your account, so Google learns who buys and bids on them.
Running on Meta or NewsBreak? The same sale goes to your pixel, and the campaign optimizes on real purchases.
Open any sale and see every parameter Monetizze sent, the click that started it and the presell it came from.
With AdsNotify, every sale shows up on your phone the moment the postback arrives.
Monetizze is a Brazilian platform for physical and digital products, for creators and affiliates. Affiliates join a product, get their promotion link and send traffic to the creator's sales page.
Monetizze processes the payment and records the affiliate's commission when the sale is completed. Monetizze sales arrive in AdsX in Brazilian reais (BRL).
To know which ad produced the sale, Monetizze accepts the sub1 to sub5 parameters on the link and sends them back in the postback, in the venda.query_string field. That is how AdsX ties the sale to the click.

Someone clicks your ad and lands on the AdsX presell, which stores the click ID and passes it into the affiliate link.
The buyer completes the order on the offer page and Monetizze approves the conversion.
Monetizze calls the AdsX postback URL with the sub parameters, the offer, the amount and the currency.
AdsX sends the sale to Google Ads, Meta or NewsBreak, tied to the original click.
Monetizze sends each event as JSON to the AdsX URL. You don't set up any field; the table shows the ones AdsX reads.
| Webhook field | What AdsX does with it |
|---|---|
| venda.query_string | The affiliate link subs. sub1 carries the GCLID, which becomes a conversion in Google Ads; sub2 carries the AdsPixel click ID, when active. |
| produto.nome | Monetizze product that produced the sale. |
| venda.valor | Sale amount. AdsX records it in Brazilian reais (BRL). |
| venda.data | Date and time of the sale. |
| codigo_venda | Monetizze sale code, used as the sale ID. |
The same postback feeds every ad platform you run, without a second setup.
In Ferramentas → Postback (Tools → Postback), choose Todos os produtos, Somente vendas que sou afiliado, Tipo Webhook (server to server) and Formato JSON, paste the URL copied from the Monetizze card in AdsX and check Finalizada / Aprovada. The full step by step is at the top of this page.
sub1. The AdsX presell places the GCLID in the sub1 of your Monetizze link automatically, and Monetizze sends it back in venda.query_string. sub2 is reserved for the AdsPixel click ID.
Because that event depends on the creator: they need to allow, in the product settings, sending that information to affiliates. With the permission granted and the Abandono de Checkout event checked, it comes into AdsX as a checkout, with no amount, and shows up in My Checkouts.
The Monetizze help center does not describe a delivery history for affiliates. In AdsX, every sale received opens in View sale details, with the postback content in the JSON Payload tab and, with AdsPixel active, the data of the originating click.
Not with the recommended setup. The postback carries Finalizada / Aprovada and, if checked, Abandono de Checkout; refunds are not among the checked events.
Check that Finalizada / Aprovada is checked, that Formato is set to JSON, that the URL matches the one copied from the AdsX dashboard with no trailing space, and that the presell uses a Monetizze product. If it still doesn't show up, talk to support through the dashboard chat.
No. You copy the postback URL from the Monetizze card in the AdsX dashboard, paste it into Monetizze and click activate. The presell already places the click ID in the right sub parameter.
Yes. AdsX receives sales from 31 affiliate platforms, including CPA networks, international marketplaces and Brazilian platforms. The full list is on the integrations page.
