You create the webhook once in your Kiwify account, for every product you promote as an affiliate, and every approved sale starts coming back to AdsX. It takes 4 steps (Kiwify labels are in Portuguese):
In the AdsX dashboard, open Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms and click Copy postback on the Kiwify card.
In the Kiwify dashboard, open Apps → Webhooks and click Criar webhook (Create webhook).
Under Nome (Name), enter AdsX; under URL do Webhook (Webhook URL), paste the copied link; under Produtos (Products), choose Todos que sou afiliado (all products you promote); under Evento (Event), check Compra aprovada (Purchase approved) and Assinatura renovada (Subscription renewed), with Carrinho abandonado (Abandoned cart) optional. Click Criar (Create).
Go back to AdsX and click Activate on the card. From then on, Kiwify is available when you create a presell.
Sales data
In AdsX, under Advanced Tracking → My Sales: every sale that arrives by webhook shows up there, and the View sale details button shows the Google click ID, the presell the visitor came from and, in the JSON Payload tab, the full content Kiwify sent (product, amount, currency, approval date and tracking fields).
With AdsPixel active, the same window also shows the click behind the sale: IP and region, date and time, traffic origin and UTMs.
Kiwify also keeps a history on its side: the three-dot menu of each webhook holds the logs, with the request and response of each delivery, and a failed delivery can be resent from there. After creating the webhook, the test button fires a sample event.

}Copy the Kiwify postback URL from the AdsX dashboard and paste it once. No script, no developer.
The AdsX presell adds the Google click ID to your affiliate link. When Kiwify confirms the sale, the postback brings that ID back.
Each confirmed sale becomes a conversion in your account, so Google learns who buys and bids on them.
Running on Meta or NewsBreak? The same sale goes to your pixel, and the campaign optimizes on real purchases.
Open any sale and see every parameter Kiwify sent, the click that started it and the presell it came from.
With AdsNotify, every sale shows up on your phone the moment the postback arrives.
Kiwify is a Brazilian platform for selling digital products, with its own checkout and members area. Creators list courses, e-books and subscriptions; affiliates join those products through the marketplace and earn a commission on every sale.
The affiliate promotes the product link, the sale happens on the Kiwify checkout, and the commission is recorded when the payment is approved. On subscription products, every renewal also earns a commission.
To know which ad produced the sale, Kiwify accepts the s1, s2 and s3 parameters on the link and sends them back in the webhook, inside the tracking field. That is how AdsX ties the sale to the click.
Someone clicks your ad and lands on the AdsX presell, which stores the click ID and passes it into the affiliate link.
The buyer completes the order on the offer page and Kiwify approves the conversion.
Kiwify calls the AdsX postback URL with the sub parameters, the offer, the amount and the currency.
AdsX sends the sale to Google Ads, Meta or NewsBreak, tied to the original click.
Kiwify sends each event as JSON to the AdsX URL. You don't set up any field; the table shows the ones AdsX reads.
| Webhook field | What AdsX does with it |
|---|---|
| tracking.s1 | GCLID, the Google click ID. This is what becomes a conversion in Google Ads. |
| tracking.s2 | AdsPixel click ID, when active. Ties the sale to the presell visit. |
| tracking.s3 | Kept in the sale log. |
| product.name | Kiwify product that produced the sale. |
| net_amount | Sale amount reported by Kiwify. |
| currency | Sale currency. |
| approved_date | Date and time the payment was approved. |
| id | Kiwify order ID, used as the sale ID. |
The same postback feeds every ad platform you run, without a second setup.
In Apps → Webhooks, click Criar webhook (Create webhook), paste the URL copied from the Kiwify card in AdsX, choose Todos que sou afiliado (all products you promote) under Produtos (Products) and check Compra aprovada (Purchase approved) and Assinatura renovada (Subscription renewed). The full step by step is at the top of this page.
s1. The AdsX presell places the GCLID in the s1 of your Kiwify link automatically, and Kiwify sends it back in the tracking.s1 field of the webhook. s2 is reserved for the AdsPixel click ID.
Yes, with the Assinatura renovada (Subscription renewed) event checked. Each renewal arrives in its own webhook and is recorded as a new sale.
Yes. The three-dot menu of each webhook holds the logs, with the request and response of each delivery, and failed ones can be resent. In AdsX, every sale received opens in View sale details, with the webhook content in the JSON Payload tab.
They do if you check the Carrinho abandonado (Abandoned cart) event. They come in as checkouts, with no amount, separate from approved sales: you can filter them in My Sales and see them all in My Checkouts.
Not with the recommended setup. The webhook carries Compra aprovada (Purchase approved), Assinatura renovada (Subscription renewed) and, if checked, Carrinho abandonado (Abandoned cart); refunds are not among the events sent.
Check that Compra aprovada (Purchase approved) is checked under Evento (Event), that the URL do Webhook (Webhook URL) matches the one copied from the AdsX dashboard with no trailing space, and that the presell uses a Kiwify product. The webhook logs in Kiwify show whether the delivery failed. If it still doesn't show up, talk to support through the dashboard chat.
No. You copy the postback URL from the Kiwify card in the AdsX dashboard, paste it into Kiwify and click activate. The presell already places the click ID in the right sub parameter.
Yes. AdsX receives sales from 31 affiliate platforms, including CPA networks, international marketplaces and Brazilian platforms. The full list is on the integrations page.
