You set up the postback once per ClickBank nickname, and every sale starts coming back to AdsX. It takes 5 steps:
In the AdsX dashboard, open Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms and click Copy postback on the ClickBank card.
In your ClickBank account, open Integrations → Postback/Pixels, click Add Integration and choose Custom Postback/Pixel.
Give it a name (e.g. AdsX), set Status to Active, under Account, pick the nickname you promote with, set Role Type to Affiliate and, under Event Types, check Initial Purchase and Upsell Purchase.
Paste the link copied from AdsX into the Postback URL field and click Save.
Go back to AdsX and click Activate on the card. From then on, ClickBank is available when you create a presell.
Sales data
In AdsX, under Advanced Tracking → My Sales: every sale that arrives by postback shows up there, and the View sale details button opens every parameter ClickBank sent (tid, aff_sub fields, product, ClickBank click ID, commission and sale time), the Google click ID and the presell the visitor came from.
With AdsPixel active, the same window also shows the click behind the sale: IP and region, date and time, traffic origin and UTMs. The raw content is in the JSON Payload tab.
The ClickBank dashboard keeps no history of postbacks from real sales: in Integrations → Postback/Pixels, the Test button only shows the response to a test postback, and ClickBank says delivery logs will come in a future version of the feature. When the receiving server returns an error (5xx code), ClickBank retries up to 3 times.

Data received in the postback
Copy the ClickBank postback URL from the AdsX dashboard and paste it once. No script, no developer.
The AdsX presell adds the Google click ID to your affiliate link. When ClickBank confirms the sale, the postback brings that ID back.
Each confirmed sale becomes a conversion in your account, so Google learns who buys and bids on them.
Running on Meta or NewsBreak? The same sale goes to your pixel, and the campaign optimizes on real purchases.
Open any sale and see every parameter ClickBank sent, the click that started it and the presell it came from.
With AdsNotify, every sale shows up on your phone the moment the postback arrives.
ClickBank is an international marketplace for digital and physical products. Affiliates pick a product in the marketplace, generate a hoplink with their nickname and send traffic to the seller's sales page.
ClickBank processes the payment and records the affiliate's commission on every sale, including upsells, the extra offers shown right after the purchase. Commissions are calculated in US dollars, whatever the buyer's country.
To know which ad produced the sale, ClickBank accepts the tid field and the aff_sub1 to aff_sub5 fields on the hoplink and sends them back in the postback. That is how AdsX ties the sale to the click.

Someone clicks your ad and lands on the AdsX presell, which stores the click ID and passes it into the affiliate link.
The buyer completes the order on the offer page and ClickBank approves the conversion.
ClickBank calls the AdsX postback URL with the sub parameters, the offer, the amount and the currency.
AdsX sends the sale to Google Ads, Meta or NewsBreak, tied to the original click.
The AdsX postback URL already includes the ClickBank macros. You don't edit anything; the table shows what each one carries.
| AdsX parameter | Macro | What AdsX does with it |
|---|---|---|
| subid1 | {aff_sub1} | AdsPixel click ID, when active. Ties the sale to the presell visit. |
| subid2 | {tid} | GCLID, the Google click ID, when it fits in tid. This is what becomes a conversion in Google Ads. |
| subid3 and subid4 | {aff_sub3} {aff_sub4} | When tid arrives empty, AdsX looks here for the GCLID or gbraid. |
| subid5 | {aff_sub2} | Kept in the sale log. |
| orderid | {click_id} | ClickBank click ID, used as the sale ID. |
| product | {offer} | ClickBank product that produced the sale. |
| amount | {affiliate_earnings} | Your commission on the sale. |
| cy | USD (fixed) | Commission currency: ClickBank always calculates in US dollars. |
| at | {event_time} | Date and time of the sale in ClickBank. |
The same postback feeds every ad platform you run, without a second setup.
In Integrations → Postback/Pixels, create a Custom Postback/Pixel integration with Status Active, Role Type Affiliate and the Initial Purchase and Upsell Purchase events, and paste the URL copied from the ClickBank card in AdsX. The full step by step is at the top of this page.
Because ClickBank's tid field only accepts short values, and the Google click ID is usually longer. So AdsX does not rely on tid alone: it looks for the click ID in tid, aff_sub3 and aff_sub4. With AdsPixel active, the AdsX click ID goes in aff_sub1 and ties the sale to the presell visit.
Yes. With the Upsell Purchase event checked, each upsell arrives in its own postback and is recorded as a separate sale, with its own commission.
Not for real sales. The Test button in Integrations → Postback/Pixels shows the response to a test postback, but ClickBank does not yet show a history of postbacks from sales. In AdsX, every sale received opens in View sale details, with all postback parameters and, with AdsPixel active, the data of the originating click.
Not through this postback. ClickBank's Postback/Pixels integration sends the initial purchase and upsells; refunds, chargebacks and rebills are not among the events it fires.
No. Orders placed with the ClickBank test card do not fire the postback. To check that the URL responds, use the integration's Test button in Integrations → Postback/Pixels.
Check that the integration Status is Active, that Initial Purchase and Upsell Purchase are checked, that the Postback URL matches the one copied from the dashboard with no trailing space, and that the presell uses a ClickBank product. If it still doesn't show up, talk to support through the dashboard chat.
No. You copy the postback URL from the ClickBank card in the AdsX dashboard, paste it into ClickBank and click activate. The presell already places the click ID in the right sub parameter.
Yes. AdsX receives sales from 31 affiliate platforms, including CPA networks, international marketplaces and Brazilian platforms. The full list is on the integrations page.
Presell, domain, hosting, campaigns and tracking: everything you need to sell with Google Ads, in one place.
