## How to track Webvork sales in Google Ads

You paste the global postback once in your Webvork account, and every confirmed lead starts coming back to AdsX. It takes 3 steps:

1. **Copy the postback in AdsX.** In the AdsX dashboard, open Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms and click Copy postback on the Webvork card.
2. **Paste it into the Confirm leads field.** In the Webvork dashboard, click Settings in the side menu, open the Postback tab and scroll down to Global postback settings. Paste the link into the Confirm leads field and click Save.
3. **Activate Webvork in AdsX.** Go back to AdsX and click Activate on the card. From then on, Webvork is available when you create a presell.

## Where do I see the data of each Webvork sale?

In AdsX, under Advanced Tracking → My Sales: every conversion that arrives by postback shows up there, and the View sale details button opens every parameter Webvork sent (utm_campaign, utm_term, lead ID, amount and currency), the Google click ID and the presell the visitor came from.

With AdsPixel active, the same window also shows the click behind the sale: IP and region, date and time, traffic origin and UTMs. The raw content is in the JSON Payload tab.

The Webvork help center does not describe a postback delivery history. To confirm a sale arrived, check My Sales in AdsX.

## What is Webvork and how does it work

Webvork is a CPA network with cash-on-delivery (COD) nutra offers. Affiliates pick an offer, generate the link and send traffic to the product page.

A lead becomes a conversion when it is confirmed. That is when Webvork calls the postback pasted into Confirm leads, with the affiliate's earnings, which AdsX records as your sale.

To know which ad produced the conversion, Webvork accepts UTM parameters such as utm_campaign and utm_term on the link and sends them back in the postback. That is how AdsX ties the sale to the click.

## How Webvork tracking works

1. **The presell keeps the click.** Someone clicks your ad and lands on the AdsX presell, which stores the click ID and passes it into the affiliate link.
2. **Webvork confirms the sale.** The buyer completes the order on the offer page and Webvork approves the conversion.
3. **AdsX receives the postback.** Webvork calls the AdsX postback URL with the sub parameters, the offer, the amount and the currency.
4. **Your ad platform learns.** AdsX sends the sale to Google Ads, Meta or NewsBreak, tied to the original click.

## Webvork postback parameters

The AdsX postback URL already includes the Webvork macros. You don't edit anything; the table shows what each one carries.

## Webvork integration FAQ

### How do I set up the Webvork postback?

In Settings → Postback tab → Global postback settings, paste the URL copied from the Webvork card in AdsX into the Confirm leads field and click Save. The full step by step is at the top of this page.

### Why does the Webvork postback go in the Confirm leads field?

Because that field is called when the lead is confirmed. That way, only confirmed leads reach AdsX and become Google Ads conversions.

### Which parameter does Webvork use to send back the GCLID?

utm_campaign. The AdsX presell places the GCLID in the utm_campaign of your link automatically, and Webvork sends it back in the postback, which AdsX reads to tie the sale to the Google click. utm_term is reserved for the AdsPixel click ID.

### Does Webvork have a postback delivery log?

The Webvork help center does not describe a delivery history. In AdsX, every sale received opens in View sale details, with all postback parameters and, with AdsPixel active, the data of the originating click.

### Why does the Webvork sale show up without the product name?

Because the Webvork postback set up in AdsX does not carry the product. The offer shows up in the Webvork report.

### A Webvork sale did not show up in AdsX. What should I check?

Check that the link is in the Confirm leads field and not another one, that it matches the one copied from the AdsX dashboard with no trailing space, and that the presell uses a Webvork offer. If it still doesn't show up, talk to support through the dashboard chat.

### Do I need a developer to connect Webvork to AdsX?

No. You copy the postback URL from the Webvork card in the AdsX dashboard, paste it into Webvork and click activate. The presell already places the click ID in the right sub parameter.

### Does AdsX work with other networks besides Webvork?
