## How to track TerraLeads sales in Google Ads

You set up the postback once in your TerraLeads account, and every confirmed lead starts coming back to AdsX. It takes 3 steps:

1. **Copy the postback in AdsX.** In the AdsX dashboard, open Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms and click Copy postback on the TerraLeads card.
2. **Set up the postback in TerraLeads.** In the TerraLeads dashboard, click the menu icon at the top and open Tools → API & Postback. Paste the link into URL for postback, choose GET under Query type, check Confirm and click Save.
3. **Activate TerraLeads in AdsX.** Go back to AdsX and click Activate on the card. From then on, TerraLeads is available when you create a presell.

## Where do I see the data of each TerraLeads sale?

In AdsX, under Advanced Tracking → My Sales: every conversion that arrives by postback shows up there, and the View sale details button opens every parameter TerraLeads sent (sub_id_1 to sub_id_4, offer, transaction ID, payout, currency and date), the Google click ID and the presell the visitor came from.

With AdsPixel active, the same window also shows the click behind the sale: IP and region, date and time, traffic origin and UTMs. The raw content is in the JSON Payload tab.

The TerraLeads help center does not describe a postback delivery history. To confirm a sale arrived, check My Sales in AdsX.

## What is TerraLeads and how does it work

TerraLeads is a CPA network with cash-on-delivery (COD) nutra offers in many countries. Affiliates pick an offer, generate the link and send traffic to the product page.

A lead becomes a conversion when the order is confirmed. That is when TerraLeads calls the postback, with the affiliate's payout, which AdsX records as your sale.

To know which ad produced the conversion, TerraLeads accepts the sub_id_1 to sub_id_4 fields on the link and sends them back in the postback. That is how AdsX ties the sale to the click.

## How TerraLeads tracking works

1. **The presell keeps the click.** Someone clicks your ad and lands on the AdsX presell, which stores the click ID and passes it into the affiliate link.
2. **TerraLeads confirms the sale.** The buyer completes the order on the offer page and TerraLeads approves the conversion.
3. **AdsX receives the postback.** TerraLeads calls the AdsX postback URL with the sub parameters, the offer, the amount and the currency.
4. **Your ad platform learns.** AdsX sends the sale to Google Ads, Meta or NewsBreak, tied to the original click.

## TerraLeads postback parameters

The AdsX postback URL already includes the TerraLeads macros. You don't edit anything; the table shows what each one carries.

### How do I set up the TerraLeads postback?

In Tools → API & Postback, paste the URL copied from the TerraLeads card in AdsX into URL for postback, choose GET under Query type, check Confirm and click Save. The full step by step is at the top of this page.

### Why check Confirm in the TerraLeads postback?

Because it is the confirmed-lead status. With it checked, only confirmed leads reach AdsX and become Google Ads conversions.

### Which parameter does TerraLeads use to send back the GCLID?

sub_id_2. The AdsX presell places the GCLID in the sub_id_2 of your link automatically, and TerraLeads sends it back in the postback, which AdsX reads to tie the sale to the Google click. sub_id_1 is reserved for the AdsPixel click ID.

### Does TerraLeads have a postback delivery log?

The TerraLeads help center does not describe a delivery history. In AdsX, every sale received opens in View sale details, with all postback parameters and, with AdsPixel active, the data of the originating click.

### A TerraLeads sale did not show up in AdsX. What should I check?

Check that Confirm is checked, that the URL for postback matches the one copied from the AdsX dashboard with no trailing space, and that the presell uses a TerraLeads offer. If it still doesn't show up, talk to support through the dashboard chat.

### Do I need a developer to connect TerraLeads to AdsX?

No. You copy the postback URL from the TerraLeads card in the AdsX dashboard, paste it into TerraLeads and click activate. The presell already places the click ID in the right sub parameter.

### Does AdsX work with other networks besides TerraLeads?
