## How to track ActionPay sales in Google Ads

You paste the global postback once in your ActionPay account, and every accepted conversion starts coming back to AdsX. It takes 3 steps:

1. **Copy the postback in AdsX.** In the AdsX dashboard, open Advanced Tracking → Activate Platforms and click Copy postback on the ActionPay card.
2. **Paste it as the ActionPay global postback.** In the ActionPay dashboard, click ACCOUNT in the top menu and Global postbacks in the side menu. Paste the link into the ACCEPTED field and click ADD next to it.
3. **Activate ActionPay in AdsX.** Go back to AdsX and click Activate on the card. From then on, ActionPay is available when you create a presell.

## Where do I see the data of each ActionPay sale?

In AdsX, under Advanced Tracking → My Sales: every conversion that arrives by postback shows up there, and the View sale details button opens every parameter ActionPay sent (subid1 to subid5, action ID, amount, currency, date, offer and event), the Google click ID and the presell the visitor came from.

With AdsPixel active, the same window also shows the click behind the sale: IP and region, date and time, traffic origin and UTMs. The raw content is in the JSON Payload tab.

The ActionPay help center does not describe a postback delivery history. To confirm a sale arrived, check My Sales in AdsX.

## What AdsX does with ActionPay

- **Ready-made postback:** Copy the ActionPay postback URL from the AdsX dashboard and paste it once. No script, no developer.
- **Click ID on every sale:** The AdsX presell adds the Google click ID to your affiliate link. When ActionPay confirms the sale, the postback brings that ID back.
- **Sales in Google Ads:** Each confirmed sale becomes a conversion in your account, so Google learns who buys and bids on them.
- **Sales in Meta and NewsBreak:** Running on Meta or NewsBreak? The same sale goes to your pixel, and the campaign optimizes on real purchases.
- **Full log of every sale:** Open any sale and see every parameter ActionPay sent, the click that started it and the presell it came from.
- **Sale alert on your phone:** With AdsNotify, every sale shows up on your phone the moment the postback arrives.

## What is ActionPay and how does it work

ActionPay is an affiliate network with pay-per-conversion offers across several niches. Affiliates join an offer, generate the link and send traffic to the advertiser's page.

Each conversion is reviewed by the advertiser and can be accepted or rejected. The postback pasted into the ACCEPTED field is only called for accepted conversions.

To know which ad produced the conversion, ActionPay accepts the subid1 to subid5 fields on the link and sends them back in the postback. That is how AdsX ties the sale to the click.

## How ActionPay tracking works

1. **The presell keeps the click.** Someone clicks your ad and lands on the AdsX presell, which stores the click ID and passes it into the affiliate link.
2. **ActionPay confirms the sale.** The buyer completes the order on the offer page and ActionPay approves the conversion.
3. **AdsX receives the postback.** ActionPay calls the AdsX postback URL with the sub parameters, the offer, the amount and the currency.
4. **Your ad platform learns.** AdsX sends the sale to Google Ads, Meta or NewsBreak, tied to the original click.

## ActionPay postback parameters

The AdsX postback URL already includes the ActionPay macros. You don't edit anything; the table shows what each one carries.

| AdsX parameter | Macro | What AdsX does with it |
|---|---|---|
| `adId` | `{subid1}` | GCLID, the Google click ID. This is what becomes a conversion in Google Ads. |
| `p2` | `{subid2}` | AdsPixel click ID, when active. Ties the sale to the presell visit. |
| `p3 to p5` | `{subid3} … {subid5}` | Kept in the sale log. |
| `orderid` | `{apid}` | ActionPay action ID, used as the sale ID. |
| `amount` | `{totalPrice}` | Value AdsX records as the sale. |
| `cy` | `{currency}` | Conversion currency. |
| `at` | `{date}` | Conversion date. |
| `product` | `{offer}` | ActionPay offer that produced the conversion. |
| `status` | `{event}` | Conversion event. Kept in the sale log. |

## ActionPay integration FAQ

### How do I set up the ActionPay postback?

In ACCOUNT → Global postbacks, paste the URL copied from the ActionPay card in AdsX into the ACCEPTED field and click ADD. The full step by step is at the top of this page.

### Why does the ActionPay postback go in the ACCEPTED field?

Because that field is called when the conversion is accepted. That way, only conversions approved by the advertiser reach AdsX and become Google Ads conversions; rejected ones are left out.

### Which subid does ActionPay use to send back the GCLID?

subid1. The AdsX presell places the GCLID in the subid1 of your link automatically, and ActionPay sends it back in the postback, which AdsX reads to tie the sale to the Google click. subid2 is reserved for the AdsPixel click ID.

### Does ActionPay have a postback delivery log?

The ActionPay help center does not describe a delivery history. In AdsX, every sale received opens in View sale details, with all postback parameters and, with AdsPixel active, the data of the originating click.

### An ActionPay sale did not show up in AdsX. What should I check?

Check that the link is in the ACCEPTED field and not another one, that it matches the one copied from the AdsX dashboard with no trailing space, and that the presell uses an ActionPay offer. Remember that only accepted conversions call the postback. If it still doesn't show up, talk to support through the dashboard chat.

### Do I need a developer to connect ActionPay to AdsX?

No. You copy the postback URL from the ActionPay card in the AdsX dashboard, paste it into ActionPay and click activate. The presell already places the click ID in the right sub parameter.

### Does AdsX work with other networks besides ActionPay?

Yes. AdsX receives sales from 31 affiliate platforms, including CPA networks, international marketplaces and Brazilian platforms. The full list is on the integrations page.
